  • Round Robin format. Games to 11 or to 15 depending on bracket size.

  • Top 3 teams receive a medal.

  • Fixed Partner events in Men’s, Women’s and Mixed Doubles with Age & Skill divisions

  • All Drayson Center amenities are available for players during the tournament

Friday 1/31: Super Seniors (Age 60+ and Skill: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5)

  • 8:00 am: Men’s & Women’s Doubles

  • 11:30am: Mixed Doubles

Sunday 2/2: Men's, Women’s & Mixed Doubles (Age: 8+, 35+, 50+ and Skill: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 )

  • 7:30 AM: Men’s Doubles & Women’s Doubles - Group 1

    • MD 3.0 (All); MD 3.5 (8+); MD 3.5 (35+/50+), MD 4.5 (All)

    • WD 3.5 (8+/35+); WD 3.5 (50+); WD 3.0 (All)

  • 10:30 AM: Men’s Doubles & Women’s Doubles - Group 2

    • MD 4.0 (8+); MD 4.0 (50+)

    • WD 4.0 (All); WD 4.5 (All)

  • 1:00 PM: Mixed Doubles

    • All Mixed Events will begin at 1:00 pm

GENERAL FORMAT

(Exact round robin format will depend on bracket size)

  • Round Robin format with games to 11, win by 1.

  • If there are 2 pools in a division, medal rounds will be played.

  • For brackets with 5 teams or less, multiple rounds and/or games to 11 will be played (TD discretion).

  • If there are less than 4 teams in a bracket, that bracket will be combined with the nearest age bracket within that skill level.

    • Medals will be spilt out by skill/age, even if combined.

  • USA Pickleball rules are followed with let serves being played (when the ball clips the top of the net when serving).

  • Players may play up in skill level and down in age.

    • Please register for the age division of the youngest player on your team and the skill level of the highest rated player.

  • Register as a team. If you do not have a partner, please write in Player 2 as “Need Partner.”

    • If you do not find a partner by the cancelation date, you are encouraged to request a withdraw and refund.

    • The LLPC and Drayson Center are not responsible for finding you a partner.

  • Age and/or skill levels may be combined if registrations are low to make a complete bracket.

  • If spots in your desired skill/age bracket are SOLD OUT, please send an email to LLPCPballEvents@gmail.com and we will add you to the waitlist. If you are moved into the bracket, you will have 24 hrs to pay and be confirmed.

REGISTRATION FEES

$50 per player/per event and $20 per player for each additional event.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ

You will be paying for your registration separately. Please follow the direction below:

  1. Add events that you are playing and complete the player form for each event.

  2. To Check Out, proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Your Registration Request form will come to us.

  3. Next, review how many events you registered for and determine your fees ($50 for the first event and $20 for each additional event):

    • $50 for 1 event

    • $70 for 2 events

    • $90 for 3 events

    • $110 for 4 events

  4. Zelle your payment to LLPCPballEvents@gmail.com

  5. You and your partner must have both paid to be confirmed.

  6. If you are holding a spot and are not confirmed, you will be moved to the waitlist if another confirmed team completes their registration process.

REFUNDS

If you withdraw before Sunday, January 19, 2025, your event fees will be refunded to you. Please contact LLPCPballEvents@gmail.com if you are withdrawing with your Zelle information.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations after Sunday, January 19, 2025.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

If we must cancel due to inclement weather, we do not have a make-up date and will refund your entry fees. We will keep our “weather watch” on high alert and communicate here on the website and our Facebook page if we are delayed or cancelling (link to Facebook at top of website).
